Founder Bio — Tamara Simeon, DCP

Born in Haiti and raised in the United States after migrating at the age of three, I bring a global perspective and strong work ethic to every client I serve.I graduated from high school in 2013 and went on to attend Delaware State University, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology in 2017. Driven by a passion for the legal field and organized advocacy, I continued my education at Widener Law School, completing my Paralegal Certificate in 2019.Since 2019, I have worked professionally as a paralegal, supporting attorneys and clients across a wide range of practice areas, including personal injury, family law, immigration, workers’ compensation, wills and probate, and business matters. My experience has allowed me to develop a strong command of legal documentation, case organization, and administrative systems that support effective legal work.As the founder of T.A.M — The Administrative Method, I apply a structured, detail-driven approach to document preparation and paralegal support. I am committed to providing efficient, confidential, and professionally prepared documents while ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout the process. Fluent in English and Haitian Creole, I proudly serve a diverse client base with clarity and care.
